The CMPRF project, integrated into the Ibn Tofail Hospital site, originally founded in 1938, represents a strategic expansion for the CHU Mohammed VI. Our intervention focused on the construction supervision, ensuring that the execution met the highest standards of hospital infrastructure.
The primary architectural challenge was to design a highly functional facility within a constrained plot. This required a highly efficient spatial layout to accommodate diverse medical services while maintaining a modern and harmonious aesthetic. The design pays homage to the architectural heritage of the Gueliz district by balancing contemporary lines with the sobriety of its historical surroundings.
