About Us
Founded and led by Kaoutar Mabrouk, a DENA architect (National School of Architecture diploma), Kawarchi is a Marrakech-based agency redefining Moroccan architecture by merging ancestral heritage with contemporary minimalism. Each project is an exploration of material, light, and local context.
We believe the best architecture exists at the intersection of a project’s needs and its environment. Our practice thrives on the tension between technical precision, aesthetic ambition, and budgetary reality.
We specialize in the art of the optimal balance - proving that a refined, minimalist solution can solve even the most complex functional challenges. From intimate private residences to large-scale structures like hospitals, we deliver purposeful design across every scale.
We respect the past to better shape the future, blending traditional local materials with modern technical precision and environmental sensitivity.
We curate every detail to reflect our clients' unique identities, shaping personal needs into a harmonious and timeless work of architecture.
Where refined aesthetics meet technical precision. We build for the long term, ensuring every project stands as a testament to structural excellence and dedicated craftsmanship.
